Membership Meeting Reservation Policy
General Membership Meeting Policy
A General Membership Meeting will be held the second Monday evening of every month, excluding July and December. In addition to the monthly newsletter, every member will receive an e-mail, automated call or fax with updates on meeting details.
Reservations are required and should be called in by noon the preceding Thursday.
Each company will receive one complimentary meal ticket. Any additional representatives from the company will be billed at the guest rate of $20.00. Potential new members may attend one meeting free of charge as a guest of a current member. New members may bring one guest free of charge to their first membership meeting.
All cancellations must be made by noon the Monday of the meeting to exempt charges. Any company with unfulfilled reservations will be billed at the guest rate.
Door reservations are available only if extra seating and food are available. All reservations made at the door will be charged the guest rate and an additional late fee of $5.00.
